2, Because the material is special, so the adhesion of PTH copper is not high, usually need to rely on plasma processing equipment to first roughing the hole and the surface to increase the PTH hole copper and solder mask adhesion.
3, Cannot polish before solder mask, otherwise adhesion will be very poor, can only use micro-etching to do roughening.
4, Most of the materials are PTFE materials, with common milling cutter will have a lot of burrs, need special milling cutter.
