2. Ink Waste water
The waste water of striping and deinking is small, in general use intermittent treatment, utilize organic ink in the acidic conditions, can be separated from the waste water to produce suspended substance to remove, after pretreatment of the ink wastewater, can be mixed into the comprehensive waste water for follow-up treatment, if water flow is high can be used alone biochemical method to deal with

Organic ink wastewater → acidification slag pool → discharged into the comprehensive wastewater pool or biochemical treatment
3. PCB Integrated Wastewater
This kind of wastewater mainly includes the synthetic wastewater containing acid and alkali, cu2+, sn2+, pb2+ and other heavy metals, and the treatment method is the same as that of electroplating synthetic wastewater, which is treated by the coagulation and sedimentation method of hydrogen peroxide.
4. Comprehensive treatment of various PCB wastewater
When containing the above several PCB wastewater, the copper ammonia complex wastewater, ink waste water, comprehensive heavy metal waste water, it should be shunt collected. After printing ink wastewater pretreatment, mixed with the integrated wastewater for subsequent treatment, after separately deal with the copper ammonia complex wastewater into the integrated wastewater treatment system.
