Material cutting → Drilling → Outer circuit printing → Etching → Inspection → Solder mask printing → Hot air leveling(HASL) → Silkscreen character printing → Outline processing → E-Test → Inspection → package and delivery

2.Double-side PCB processing flow (HASL or ENIG)

Material cutting → Drilling → PTH and plating copper → Outer circuit printing →  Etching → Inspection → Solder mask printing → Hot air leveling(HASL) or Immersion gold( ENIG) → Silkscreen character printing → Outline processing → E-Test → Inspection → package and delivery

3.Multi-layer PCB processing flow (HASL or ENIG)

Material cutting → Drilling positioning hole → Inner layer circuit printing → Inner layer etching → Inspection → Brown oxide → Lamination →  Drilling → PTH and plating copper → Outer circuit printing →  Etching → Inspection → Solder mask printing → Hot air leveling(HASL) or Immersion gold( ENIG) → Silkscreen character printing → Outline processing → E-Test → Inspection → package and delivery
